S&CC Payment Methods

There are several modes of payment for your S&CC: Cash/Net, Credit Card, Internet Banking/Autophone, GIRO or Credit Card Recurring Payment.

This form will instruct your bank to make automatic deductions from your savings or current account to settle your Sembawang Town Council monthly payment.

Your Sembawang Town Council Account No. is the same as your HDB Account No. Return the completed form (via post or by hand) to:

Rebate & Reduced S&CC Rates Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the rebate/reduced S&CC rates, a residential household must fulfill all of the criteria below:

Rebate Eligibility Criteria

there must be at least one Singapore citizen lessee or occupier in the flat;
there lessee(s) and essential occupier(s) of the flat do not own or have any interest in a private property; and
the lessee(s) have not sublet the whole flat

Reduced S&CC Rates Eligibility Criteria

there must be at least one Singapore citizen lessee or occupier in the flat;
there lessee(s) and essential occupier(s) of the flat do not own or have any interest in a private property.

In view of the rising maintenance and operational costs, the Town Council will revise the monthly S&CC for residential flats, commercial premises, and market/food stalls. The changes in rates will be implemented from 1 JULY 2024:

S&CC Rebates for 2024

To assist Singaporeans with the increase in S&CC, the Government will be providing S&CC rebates of up to 4 months, depending on the flat type.
