Please note:

• Each household may use this service once a month.
• You may request the removal of up to 3 movable bulky items each time.
• Removal is available from Mondays to Saturdays, 1 pm to 5 pm, subject to appointment availability (excluding Public Holidays).
• Please make your request at least 2 working days in advance.
• Additional items may be removed at an additional charge.

On the day of collection:

• Please place your bulky items outside your unit or along the corridor only on the day of collection, shortly before the scheduled collection time.
• Larger items must be dismantled by residents before collection.
• Our workers will collect items from outside your unit or along the corridor and will not enter your unit, except for households where senior citizens or persons with disabilities live alone.

Items that we do not remove include:

• Items from house moving
• Renovation debris and construction materials
• Built-in furniture, such as kitchen cabinets and wardrobes
• Large or oversized items, such as pianos and organs
• Fitness equipment and gym sets
• Fish tanks, glass items and other fragile items
• Items that are too large to fit into the lift
• Items that are too heavy or require more than 2 workers to move
• Items that require special handling or disposal
