• This service is for HDB residents and not for commercial tenants
• Removal can be carried out on a daily basis from Mondays to Saturdays, between 1 pm to 5 pm (depending on the location)
• Each appointment is limited to three movable items (E.g sofa chairs, television, refrigerator etc) per month.
• Additional items will be charged accordingly by the conservancy contractor
• This service does not apply to residents moving homes, and does not include dismantling or removal of build-in furniture (E.g kitchen cabinets and wardrobes) ,renovation debris and Large furniture (E.g Piano, Organ).
• Appointments must be made with minimum of 2 working days in advance. Appointments for Thursday must be made by Monday.

The information disclosed by you to the Sembawang Town Council (the Town Council) is being furnished voluntarily and on the basis that you consent that it may be used by the Town Council and the Advisors of the Town Council (in their capacity as Advisors, Members of Parliament or in any other capacity whatsoever), for the purpose of communicating with you.
